Hi, I’m Veronica Lipson!
As a personal trainer and nutritionist for 20+ years, I’ve enabled hundreds of clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle and get back into their favorite jeans.
So, imagine my surprise when I started to put on weight and no matter how much I exercised or tracking what I ate, I couldn’t lose it! At first, I gained slowly, about 2-3 pounds a year, but it started to add up and over time, I went from 125 to 155. I even consulted my OBGYN who advised that I had started to enter perimenopause and there was not much I could do!
This made me so mad … I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in food science. This is what I do for a living.
This made me embark on a journey to discover what’s different in this phase of our lives. I did a ton of research and started to implement what I was learning. I started to lose and get back to my old self again. And based on my own experiences, I’ve designed a 12-week program to enable women to thrive during perimenopause.
As a busy mom, wife, and entrepreneur in my 40s, I understand firsthand how difficult it is to prioritize our health needs with so many other demands on our time. This program is not time-consuming, 30 minutes a day and one can lose, have more energy, sleep better and develop the inner strength we need to unlock a healthier version of ourself.
